Petya Taneva was born in Ruse, lives and works in Stara Zagora. She studied Textile Design at the Technical University of Sofia and art photography at Art College of Audiovisual and Performing Arts - Sofia. He works in the field of interior design, dealing with artistic and product photography. In 2011 he won first place in the International Photographic Competition for Food Photography of Good Food and Chivas Reagal - Sofia. With a watercolor he is actively involved in 2015 after attending several master classes by Atanas Matsurev. As a watercolor participated in 5 collective exhibitions, 2 of which at the Le Papillon Gallery.
After having worked for many years with photography, the author has devoted herself to the watercolor. Among her favorite themes are still-life, portraits and food.
